Y'all are preaching to the choir, from my perspective.
I largely keep my opinions on the GOP to myself, because the leftist scum of the Dim'Rats are such obvious and abundant targets, but also as conservatism encompasses so many different but related areas of focus, if I were to unload in an unfiltered rant on the GOP, it would appear to some here that I was attacking
THEIR sacred bull, and it's not my intention to alienate potential allies on 80% of issues I care about just because they disagree with me on that remaining 20%.
I got tired of being lied to by the Republicans back in the early 90's. I'd finally had my fill of the Republican Party's weak "conservative" brew when John McCain was being fronted as the strawman for Reggie Love's Li'l Bitch to knock down and flat out couldn't hold my nose any longer when the Mitt-wit was being set up for the same purpose. I broke the last of my ties with the GOP then, and I've seen no reason to give them a second chance since.
My political values are simple: I value honesty, integrity and liberty. In my opinion, the Constitution as originally framed is still the best chance for a free people to remain free, but we the people are drooling imbeciles just as stupid as the DUmp Monkeys if you continue to believe that the government framed by the Constitution can be reasonably expected or permitted to police itself with regards to the restrictions on government outlined in the document.
The second thing you need to understand is that there is in reality no "two party system" in the United States. There is a UNIPARTY which pretends at being two parties solely to divide the electorate and retain power with themselves. This "betrayal" over the 2023 Omnibus by Bitch McConnell is the clearest example I've seen in a few years that the Uniparty is a real thing.
Be divided, and continue to be conquered. It's as simple as that.
