Okay, perhaps it wasn't politically motivated. Perhaps it was some guy looking for food. Perhaps it was a mentally unbalanced man who didn't like the color the house was painted. Perhaps it was someone searching for his Unicorn.

But the most plausible explanation is that it was some MAGA/NAZI looking to harm or kill Nancy Pelosi. Only her husband was home, so he was the one who was attacked.

Yeah, there's a lot more to come. But if his reason turns out to be political, he should be jailed for the maximum to turn away other would-be attackers.

2. Were the victim John Wong, Jane Lee, William Nguyen, Mary Pham, George Kim, Sherry Park, Dave Singh, or Chloe Patel, the attacker would probably be back on SF's streets in time for dinner this evening. Since the victim was Paul Pelosi Sr., I expect bail will be denied, literally or an impossibly high amount in the millions of $$.

If the DUmp's stereotypes of evil MAGA fascists was accurate, the assault would have been by a heavily armed militia carrying AK-47s, they would have been lying in wait for the whole family to be there, and there would have been no survivors.  Instead according to this which includes the photo Rebel posted, it was someone with a hammer shouting "where's Nancy" and tagging the previously mentioned very left wing graffiti.  But we know logic is not the DUmp's strong point, don't we?   

Edit: I was hurrying and didn't realize the graffiti is from a previous incident, but in an interesting bit of almost memory holing, the photo is not shown with the article now, although that incident is still mentioned in the article.  Any bets that the mention will vanish soon as well?
