The lights went off overhead and when they came back on, AOC tried to quiet the crowd down with a highly fake accented "LISTEN! LISTEN! OKAY, LISTEN!" When I heard that I thought it had musical possibilities and this is the result.

ETA: Dick Van Dyke's pseudo-Cockney accent in "Mary Poppins" was less phony-awful than AOC's!
