Proud of My Co-workers today!!!
I work in a large corporate retail headquarters in Ohio. Today 12 of my co-workers and I sat in a computer training session. It was from 9 - 4:00 and most of us were a little frazzled when it was over.

I've worked in this office for 10 months, I know a couple of my coworkers are democrats, but it's not something that we talk about too often. My most liberal coworker and I talked about the conventions, but mostly in hushed tones...I wear my Obama tee shirt on fridays, but wear a jacket over it.

So I was very pleasantly surprised today after the computer training when someone mentioned something about McCain's speech last night. The instructor (who was a 30ish woman, and pretty annoying) said loudly that in her opinion she wasn't too excited about either of our candidates....there was no response, I was biting my tongue. Then she said that she would really like to just vote for Sarah Palin. There was a chorus of my 12 coworkers all saying NO!!! She looked surprised and someone started telling her about the Wolves and someone else told her about the polar bears, she'd never heard ANYTHING about that!

Hopefully we educated one of them today!!!

This is a bouncy on a couple of levels. First, it's unlikely this DUmmy even has a job. Second, if it does, this story didn't happen. There is an implied conversion, but no cops, bushes, or bongs.

For the next couple of months, the few DUmmies who have jobs are going to have a tough time at work. Every time someone orders a Big Mac, it will remind them of McCain.

Obama supporters are immensely retarded. I can't even make the connection to what coyotes and polar bears have to do with anything in that discussion, but I just remind myself that they're Obama supporters running around probably without their helmets on.

When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Of course, killing wolves and caribou make a person completely unfit for public office.   :mental:

On the other hand, supporting the murder of millions of unborn humans makes the Obamessiah.   :censored:
