Probably the same place as Democrat Representative John Yarmuth, in WashDC, doing their jobs, and staying out of the way of emergency workers.

Not having gone to the DUmp thread, I'll ask, had any DU-member explained to mal that O'Connell and Paul are Federal office holders, not state legislators? And explained the value of staying out of the way of emergency workers? I'll take a look-see ... nope, just a few silly rando-snarks.
