All is quiet, but found this gem at the island

So lurking around the Island of the Damned, as I lovingly refer to it, I have noticed that the primitives seem to have tuckered themselves out on either the J6 Hearings, or Abortion Rights. I think they have reached the point of diminishing returns. All they have now is Malt Liquor and some Bong Juice, which does not a good smoke make. Just saying. 

I did find this gem, and nothing to do with politics, or orange man bad. Amazingly.

I was in a car accident (not my fault)

I had a 2014 Nissan Versa Note 83,000 the woman driving the other vehicle blew a light. I have shoulder contusions, wife a little bit of back pain and ,my daughter whiplash roughly how much should I expect for a settlement. If anyone has any experience at this.

I find this hilarious that the first thought this mutt has, "how much ca$h can I get?".

On a side note, I wasnt particularly familiar the vehicle in question, so I summoned the powers of Dr. Google. Heres some of the highlights of complaints about the Automobile in question.

Excessive Vibrations When Driving.
Whistling Noise When Driving.
Temperature Light Keeps Turning On.
Awkward Rear Seats.
Air-Con Has Stopped Working
Windscreen Wipers Turning On
Gear changing problems.
Clicking noise from steering area.

Im thinking that there was a favor done. Hopefully putting that horrible little car out of its misery. Maybe the DUmp mutt is looking for a down payment. Maybe for a Prius?

I've never been anywhere, from the biggest cities to the smallest towns, where police didn't respond to auto accidents if they were called.  Having disabled vehicles stuck in the middle of road, particularly when there are reported injuries, is going to get a 911 response.  I got a funny feeling he's thinking about staging an accident to try to gouge an insurance company and is wondering how profitable it might be.

The versa was the cheapest car in the country at some point I believe. Nissan already has a reputation and exposed Styrofoam can't be much better. I'm curious how many bernie stickers are holding the mess together

1 - Their insurance company offered me $15,000 and I would not sue them over this. Even for future injuries.
2 - I said no and hired an accident attorney,
3 - He had me see a chiropractor who diagnosed my injuries and made weekly appointments.
4 - So we went to court, and we won $20,000.
5 - My attorney took 1/3 which came to about $6,500
6 - He then paid the chiropractor out of the settlement which came to almost $9,000, for about 18 visits which my lawyer told me was important to the case.
7 - And then I got a check for $4,600. I should have taken the settlement offer.

Sometimes lawyers take cases "pro bono", "For the Public Good". In the above case, acting for the public good was sticking it the the DUmmie to teach him/her that being greedy doesn't pay.

Hmmm. Odd that the lawyer paid the chiropractor. What would have happened if you lost the case?

Also who would go to a chiropractor before being properly diagnosed with an x-ray or MRI. A chiropractor can do more damage than good if they do not know what they are dealing with.

Now, this happened in Florida and the laws may be different elsewhere. My priest's wife ran a red light and t-boned another car. Her insurance was willing to pay the damage and medical bills but the person hit wanted to sue. Priest's wife got a letter from the other person's attorney stating that they would be suing for $500,000 so she got a lawyer and when he read the letter he told her to calm down and said that a lawyer can say he is suing for any amount he wants but the state has predetermined rates it will award. This is mostly a ploy to get the person to sign on with the attorney because of dreams of a big payday. He told her in the end based on the damage and hospital bills the judge will award the plaintiff around $15,000 which is what the insurance was going to pay anyways but now the lawyer is going to get his cut. When all is said and done what the plaintiff gets will probably pay either the medical bills or the auto repair bill but not both. The lawyer will packet an easy $4000 or so dollars.
