...that their high hopes for the J6 Committee are going to fizzle away.

It appears the J6 Committee will not investigate Congressional involvement in the insurrection?
Although almost all of them knew what was going down before January 6th, and most of them were supportive with their votes to not certify the election, it appears the Committee will not go so far as to investigate the criminal Congressmen involved in the attempted over-throw of our government? It will be up to their voters to hold them accountable.
Unless, of course, they schedule new hearings?
But at the moment, it appears they are ready to wind up their investigation with the testimony of the extremist groups and their possible connections to the White House and those in the White House "orbit".
But, that may have been a little much to expect?
There goes their hopes for the "Blue Tsunami." It was all dependent on all the Dems running unopposed, because the Rs would all be disqualified--or, better yet, in prison!
BTW, Kentuck, there was at least one, and possibly two or three elections that Chairman Bennie Thompson voted against certifying. Was he an insurrectionist? Hmmmmmm?
