So back in my C.U. days, there was a Primitive at the Island that for the life of me I cant remember his name. I think he was nicknamed "Hop-A-Long"?

I think the Primitive went by the username "Bob..." ? It seems he was maybe wheelchair bound due to losing a leg? He would make some of the most outlandish posts, then was quiet for a week or so. Then he would start up again.

Anyone have any ideas? Im sure he has kicked the bucket by now. No pun intended.

"TheMastersNemesis" was his DUmp name. I did some searching here and found him. Evidently his real name was Bob. And missing an appendage as well. Seems that he had issues with Blood Pressure. For what thats worth.

I think TMN got the boot for crossing some imaginary line. As primitives go, I found him to be one of the more sane ones in that he was full on kooky and didn’t hold back.

GOBUCKS and I were the most frequent practitioners of re-naming primitives, my own proudest creation being "Fat Che" for the benburch primitive.

     If I'm not mistaken, TMN lost his foot to gout, not diabetes, but if you've ever seen a pic of Bob, you wouldn't want any part of his body either. His foot probably moved to a red state and owns several guns by now. TMN is the one who would say "I'll never help any Republican" about 2x a week. The irony, of course, is that since his foot went on its way, Bob is the one who needs help. I imagine he's damn near bedridden by now.

My own personal favorite nickname for him was the Masticating Nutsack.
I remember a REALLY funny pair of posts he made. First, shortly before the 2016 election, he made a post saying that when Hillary won, he would be mean and smug towards his Republican coworkers, rubbing it in their faces. Next, shortly AFTER the 2016 election, he made a post whining and complaining that his coworkers were being mean and smug to HIM, rubbing Trump's victory in his face. In other words, he was complaining about them doing to him the EXACT thing he intended to do to them if Hillary won!
 I'd imagine the irony was lost on him.
One thing I was glad about was that he managed to make #1 on our Top DUmmies of the Year list shortly before he was banned. He earned it.

In his last few months before being banned, however, his posts got REALLY repetitive. Every one of them up to that point was some variation on one of two themes:
A) "We've been polite and nice to those Republican scum for too long, it's time to get mean and rude (Note: Based on his own accounts of what he's like in his personal life, he was NEVER nice or polite towards anyone who disagreed with him on anything, ESPECIALLY Republicans and Christians)!"
B) "OMG! Those horrible evil Republican Christians are going to reinstate slavery, make twice- weekly church attendance mandatory, and round up all blacks and gays to put them in Wal- Mart detention centers! Just wait, it's coming soon!"

Tobin was, or is, the overall-wearing really heavy-set truck driver from Indiana, originally Georgia, where he'd gotten into trouble with the law about his habit peeking through windows he wasn't supposed to.

He was still working as a truck driver last I knew.

He was the one who would do the Buddhist "omm-omm-omm" to keep himself calm while driving.
