Too bad everyone's going to be watching the convention (or the ball game) instead.   :evillaugh:

Poor Barry.

It's on now. I had to leave the room. :-)
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Its not looking good for barry. I have caught part of it and he's trying to have it both ways on the Surge questions.

It is just as we have known all along. Without a teleprompter force feeding his mouth, the Marxist Barry falls flat on his lies.

I don't think he came off looking too good tonight, 3 more nights like this will sink him even further.

Good.  Nice to see his desperation move bite him in the ass. I did read the article regarding his new stance that the surge was wildly successful beyond what anyone thought it could be.  Asshat... we all knew it would be a winner.  And we all know what you've said about it up until tonight.

My fellow Americans, there is nothing audacious about hope. Hope is what makes people buy lottery tickets instead of paying the bills. Hope is for the old gals feeding the slots in Atlantic City. It destroys the inner-city kid who quits school because he hopes he'll be a world-famous recording artist.

What's the difference between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama?

One is a well turned-out, good-looking, and let's be honest, pretty sexy piece of eye-candy.

The other kills her own food.

There are two different takes on this Bill O'Reilly - Barack hussein Obama interview over at lgf - some think BoR is "in the tank" for the little Messiah because of some meeting between Murdoch and BHO:

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/jacob-s-lybbert/2008/09/02/obama-fox-news-tentative-truce

then there's the idea that BoR is just handing him the rope - I think BHO did poorly in any event, but he did get away with calling the SBVFT "liars" and danced around the questions with little impunity.

He's so weak a candidate this really won't matter.

I stopped watching O'Reilly during the time he was trashing the Swiftees.  That's just his position.

O'Reilly himself said Mon, Tue and Wed. I wouldn't trust Shepard (blow job "slip of the tongue") Smith to take out my garbage.

O'Reilly's MO is to not have any important interviews on Fridays, probably because of decreased viewership at the beginning of a weekend. Many times, he has someone else stand in for him on Fridays.

I think O'Reilly just tries to move the ratings meter.

BHO didn't look great, though.

Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Of course O'Reilly's milking Barry's interview for every viewer he can entice. How stupid would he be to do otherwise? PLUS, in order to get the face time with Barry, he had to be a little easy on him. Get Barry completely off script, and he makes Dan Quayle look profound.

If O'Reilly's worth his salt, the final segment  should have the 100 mph fastballs.
