Didn't hear about these shootings, guess why?

Thought about putting this in the "Terrorism In The US and Abroad" section.  Not for the shootings, but the reactions (and lack thereof).

Procrastinating at work, irritated at current events, known and unknown, stumbled across this...

3 high school graduations across the U.S. end with gunfire in less than 24 hours

Noticed the date.  5/20.  A week ago.  Why are these not being plastered across the news?  Digging deeper, pretty much found the answers...

Police said Brewer-Gant and the suspect got into an altercation and the fight spilled over to the tennis courts on the MTSU campus next to Murphy Center. During the confrontation, the suspect opened fire, killing Brewer-Gant and injuring the 17-year-old.  “This was not a random shooting,” Flowers said. “The two victims and the shooter knew each other.”

According to Kent County Sheriff Michele LaJoye-Young, people in two white sedans were involved in a gun exchange between each other. Since then, police have been investigating those who were in the cars.

Found the initial article on reddit, top comments are of course, "great almighty government please take away the ebil guns from the law abiding citizens" and "what is wrong with you crazy Americans?"  Sorted by controversial, found the three detailed articles downvoted to hades for being racist (darn facts, always getting in the way of good narrative)

It's much easier for the leftists to craft a narrative that attacks the tools that criminals use in the execution of their criminal acts than it is for those same leftists to attack the problem that creates gangs and the criminal behavior that those gangs spawn.
