Well, yeah. This isn't a normal occurrence. It's fairly obvious someone leaked this to cause outrage and pressure the court in almost terroristic fashion into changing that decision. That's not how that's  supposed to work.

Sanger also said, to paraphrase, "blacks are simply weeds that need to be eradicated".

It's why PP was opened, and still exist today, in mostly black neighborhoods.

I understand the modern day PP is trying to distance itself from it's founder.

I don't think the DUmmies really understand just how serious this is.  They need to realize this could just as easily have gone the other way.  If everyone knows in advance what is going to happen (or what is looking to happen) what stops a billionaire or large corporation just buying a couple of justices, or someone from either side, threatening a justice and their family?

This is bad and incredibly sad. 

This will damage the court for a long time.  Now all of them will have to wonder if their deliberations and writings are truly secret until they are done.  Both sides.

I think they have to find the leaker and punishment should be swift and harsh.  A message to others within the SC needs to be sent.

Just my opinion.

Oh, I'm willing to bet they understand fully the ramifications of the leak, mostly because threatening the families of the sitting Justices is EXACTLY what they're planning to do, to attempt to alter this before it comes out. That was EXACTLY the intended result the leaker was aiming for when s/h/it leaked the opinion in the first place.

The leftist scum are always the ones readiest to resort to political violence to achieve their ends.

Heard about this leak almost 22 hours ago and was MOST outraged that it actually leaked.  Had it the leak would been in this case but with an opposite result, I'd still be pissed.  It if were a case on say gun rights that was leaked that was taking away gun rights, I'd still be angry about the leak.

This had to be planned considering how the leftist goons who magically emerged late last night at the Supreme Court and the nauseating same talking points being spouted by ass-clowns like Lil' Chuckie Schumer to Fauxcahontas on a loop all day.
