Which Party is the most "moral"?

Who does not remember the "Moral Majority" of Jerry Falwell. They turned out to be neither.

Republicans profess to be strong believers in God and religion but, in reality, they are some very strong hypocrites. They do not practice what they preach. Their least-quoted Bible passage is probably the "Sermon on the Mount", the red words of Jesus.

They accuse Democrats of being the Party of the Devil. They are quick to break the rule against judging others. Their God seems to hate "sex", or anything to do with sex, more than any other thing on Earth.

In my opinion, as a sinner of great magnitude, I can only say that the Democratic Party has always seemed more "moral" in the big picture of the world. They more closely follow the teachings of Jesus and are much less judgemental toward their fellow man. Their ideas and practices follow a path that will make the world better for all, in my humble opinion.

There are bushels of flaws in all political Parties, but it seems to me that the Democratic Party is much closer to the moral teachings of the Bible and other great books.

This is not meant as a religious post but only an observation.

3. The Dems

in the sense that a whiff of scandal results in removal (or forced resignation) -- see Sen. Al Franken and Rep. Katie Hill.

And yet the Republicans grin and bear it with Marjorie Taylor Greene and numerous other deplorables within their ranks.

5. IMO the Christian Right wing is no longer dominant

Agree that the Christian Right are all hypocrites for the most part. Simply take a look at the history of the Christian religion to find countless examples of their brutality and lust for power.

Reality is that they were simply pawns in the game of the Fascist Right. Once SCOTUS repeals Roe v Wade, they will be a footnote in history. This is why we don't hear much from them any more.

Authoritarianism relies on the primitive emotions of hate and fear to maintain power. Morals, from the view of a dictator like Putin or Trump are weaknesses to be exploited.

6. Repealing Roe is only the beginning.

Members of the Evangelical right have openly declared they want to go after Griswald, which declared that state laws against the use of contraceptives by married couples to be unconstitutional.

So after abortion their next targets will be contraceptives, "sodomy" and other "crimes against nature," co-habitation by non-married couples, premarital sex, LGBTQ rights, and anything else their hateful little minds find appalling. Not to mention voting rights for "others," immigrants, and so on.

Also on their hit list: rape crisis centers, battered women shelters, women's health clinics...

Look at their campaign for "abstinence only" sex education. Repealing Roe won't affect that one jot.

Repealing Roe is only the first step.

Which Party is the most "moral"?

Which party protects groomers?

Which party supports baby killing and killers?

Which party protects criminals if they are of a PC demographic group?

Which party enforces racism when it's against whites and Asians?

Which party encourages sexual immorality of every kind?

Which party's primary weapons are false accusations of racism, sexism, ...?

Given Dems political positions on topics like abortion and homosexuality, trying to convince others they are the party that "more closely follow the teachings of Jesus" is going to be an impossible sell.

I don't believe that means what you think it means.

Collectivist morality isn't moral at all.
"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice." - John Adams

Who does not remember the "Moral Majority" of Jerry Falwell. They turned out to be neither.

Republicans profess to be strong believers in God and religion but, in reality, they are some very strong hypocrites.yes there are hypocrites with R's behind their names, and most of the time, they get called out for it and usually fade away into the background, as opposed to Dems who can spend years in positions of power flip flopping all over the place on assorted issues They do not practice what they preach. Their least-quoted Bible passage is probably the "Sermon on the Mount", the red words of Jesus.

They accuse Democrats of being the Party of the Devil. They are quick to break the rule against judging others. letting someone know they are sinning isn't judging, it's helping keep them out of Hell for eternity Their God seems to hate "sex", or anything to do with sex, more than any other thing on Earth. God made sex, and set up boundaries that make it much more fulfilling than y'alls "sleep with anything and everything under the sun" ideology.

In my opinion, as a sinner of great magnitude, I can only say that the Democratic Party has always seemed more "moral" in the big picture of the world. They more closely follow the teachings of Jesus and are much less judgemental toward their fellow man. name one way they do, or one Dem party platform that does, I'll wait Their ideas and practices follow a path that will make the world better for all, in my humble opinion.

There are bushels of flaws in all political Parties, but it seems to me that the Democratic Party is much closer to the moral teachings of the Bible and other great books.

The Left has only one absolute rule, look out for number one.  Everything else is up for debate as to how it relates to that rule at a given moment.

Romans 6:17-18 But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

HI5!!! Never seen that one.

Gratsi.  It is a favorite one of mine.  This is the one I was looking for and finally found buried in my phone...

Fill in whatever issue moonbats are trying to argue using the Bible with for refugees, it works pretty well.
