Select committee has criminal evidence to convict Trump

Fantastic job done by the select committee in just 9 1/2 months. With way less resources and manpower than DOJ that "has been investigating" for 15 1/2 months. The select committee has even laid out the 2 crimes that Trump committed, send the referral, do it.

Day 118 since the select committee sent the Mark Meadows criminal referral.

really? Where is it?

1. The select committee has evidence to prove criminal intent.

"It's absolutely clear that what President Trump was doing, what a number of people around him were doing, that they knew it was unlawful. They did it anyway," Cheney told CNN's Jake Tapper on State of the Union Sunday.

The claim echoes what U.S. District Judge David Carter said in a filing last month: that Trump knew allegations of voter fraud were "baseless" but used them as a justification for a plan that would allow his presidency to continue for a second term.

The voter fraud allegations, the Big Lie, could have been nipped in the bud had DOJ prosecuted the Cyber Ninjas.

Where is the evidence? What are the crimes?

3. A couple of people on the Committee are facing very tough primary races....

They may be in a self-protective mode? Why create a controversy for your primary if it is not necessary?

A possibility?

4. But consider this:

If the J6 committee waits until after having public hearings, then the public will see all of the evidence they have of his criminality, and public outrage can give the entire referral for prosecution a good deal of momentum.

I'm as anxious as anybody to make that mother****er pay for his crimes, but let's do it right. Let's get the evidence out to the public so the public can then start demanding prosecution. Can you imagine it? After public hearings, we should be outraged and we should organize demonstrations in cities all over the country, demanding prosecution.

It sure worked in Watergate. No, Nixon was not prosecuted for his crimes, but the public was outraged and he had to resign. Don't underestimate the power of an outraged group of people.

7. What does sending a criminal referral have to do with

the select committee having public hearings? If the select committee sends a criminal referral to DOJ today, do you think that DOJ is going to act on it by June? If Trump is indicted it will take years for a trial to take place.

My goodness these...'people' are stupid.

The select committee says it has evidence, just like adam schiff said he had evidence.

And you DUmmies were stupid enough to believe them both.

Trump is the cleanest man to set foot in DC as an elected official in modern history.

The fact that you clowns and those who you vote for to represent you have been trying harder than you've ever tried at anything, to get Trump, up to and including spying on him via the fisa court, proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt.

That you and yours can't/wont see that, is proof of just how stupid and gullible that you DUmmies are, and also proves, yet again, that you and people like you see things as you wish them to be instead of seeing things as they actually are.
"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice." - John Adams

"Cheney :rotf: told CNN's :rotf: Jake Tapper :rotf: on"

The 1/6 Kangaroo Kourt is a Pelosiroo-picked stacked deck. In a real court real statutes will have to be cited, actual violations proven, and evidence presented proving that Trump violated the statutes, all beyond a reasonable doubt.

Pelosiroo's 1/6 Kangaroo Kourt is political theater, so their actions will be timed to impact the November election. Whether LIEden's DOJ are fools enough to try to prosecute remains to be seen, and more likely than not will PO DU-folk.
