Abbott is into bussing...
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott directs use of buses to drop off migrants at steps of Capitol in DC, is that kinda kidnapping people across state lines? I mean, to extradite individuals across state lines, there must be a intity on the other end to want the individuals. If not, passing "known migrants, without any judicial orders" across multiple state lines would be considered kidnapping rights? What if there is a medical issues or better yet, people fleeing from the busses? What would they do then, shoot them?

Hey, DUmbass. It's not kidnapping, they came here of their own free will and if you think it's kidnapping, why have you not brought that up with Biden flying and bussing illegals all over the country?
As to your other point about "a inity" on the other end wanting them ... WE don't want them, so what now?
Abbott is getting high praise for this in Texas. Personally I would share the love. I'd send some to DC, some to San Francisco, some to Seattle, etc.

But soon after the press conference, Abbott's office released more details about the plan that struck a notably softer tone.
The governor's office clarified that the program is completely voluntary for migrants and would happen only after they had been processed and released by the Department of Homeland Security. And in addition to buses, Abbott also ordered the state to charter flights to transport migrants to the nation's capital. The migrants would have to show documentation that they had already been processed by DHS. Many immigration advocates have noted that providing transportation services for asylum-seekers to reach their final destination is something the state should invest in.
Abbott's announcement led to immediate criticism from both his left and his right. Immigration rights groups said his rhetoric was still dangerous.
"Any forcible busing of migrants across the country would be outrageous and blatantly unconstitutional," Kate Huddleston, a staff attorney at ACLU of Texas, said in a statement. "Given that Abbott cannot dictate where people are sent, he has already backpedaled on this heinous plan, announcing that it will be only voluntary."
Not a stunt. How hard do you think it's going to be to say "get on the bus, or stay in detention, or go back across that line you came across."

Put the money into roads and bridges or healthcare plans, rather providing free transportation to the Capitol...
