LOL, actually, my gun collection is stored elsewhere's. It's NOT in a "false wall". IT IS in a DPMS Panther gun safe. I DO have an L1A1 in .308. I Don't have an AR-15 clone (or M4 Clone). Nor do I have any of the others. I DO have a Winchester 120 and I DO have a shotgun made by Marlin. I haven't owned any wheel guns in a while. I Do have ONE .45ACP. Real men don't own any handguns whose caliber is below.40, so, no PX4. I have a couple of other shotguns, but no Benellis. And...... Enfields make real good tomato stakes........

I'm going to put my money on Movie Magic.  Did you notice that none of the guns that are fired in a Hollywood movie ever have any recoil?

The M16 hasn't been a fully-automatic rifle since the M16-A2 was introduced to deal with the jamming/firing problems with the original M16-A1

Actually the M16A1 had no such problems, that was all early M16s in Viet Nam and due to a lack of training, and failure to issue cleaning kits due to the "Clean-burning" ammo (then the wheels came off when some morons in Army Ordnance insisted on loading the 5.56 with a different ball powder that was anything BUT clean-burning).  The two reasons for the three-round burst feature were simply (1) to prevent soldiers from burning through their whole basic load in two minutes, and (2) it was the sexy feature in weapons design at the time, like hammer-drop safeties on pistols at the time of the M9 competition.

No, I don't own anything on the AR platform. If I did, it would be an AR-10 or a clone. I've never been real impressed with the .223 caliber projectile. It's more designed to injure vs kill.

I have no problems with wheel guns, especially in .357. That was my first gun. It was a Dan Wesson Model 15-2 in .357. Shot placement becomes a little more critical when using a wheel gun. Too bad I'm not as good as Miculek. That man can shoot a wheel gun at automatic weapon speeds. Hell, I can't even do that with my auto-loaders.
