Why Trump is suing Hillary ??

Because there is nothing that stirs the hatred of the Trump cult moreso than the mention of Hillary Clinton.

Just the mere mention of her name brings them all together.

If nothing else, Trump understands how to pull the strings of his supporters. He plays them like the fools they are.

"Oh Boy! Trump is finally getting serious and is going to put Hillary in jail!", they scream in joy.

The truth of the matter is that he is keeping his flock together by using Hillary as the target of their wrath and to assure they remain loyal to him during these difficult times.

It's an obvious distraction but it works.

Maggie Haberman will have a couple of lines of bs on the page 8 of the NYT blaming Hillary for derailing the lawsuit.

Yeah, Maggie can also move to northern Siberia and spend the rest of her life pounding snow.

demand interrogatories and depositions is the day the lawsuit gets dropped...

Hillary's team created the myth of Russian collusion, created the 'evidence', introduced it to the media and intel agencies, and through their support sought to damage Trump's ability to win 2016. They have kept at it even though the whole thing has fallen apart- and pushed it even more during the 2020 election cycle...

He's got a good chance at winning a suit, actually.

that is also how Trump is viewing this.
In his mind, he still believes there was some giant inside conspiracy of spying against him and some covert Watergate BS op run against him.
I just wonder how he's going to spin it when all that produces nothing like he is expecting.

discovery and depositions go both ways...

Since 2015 the left have been trying to find 'the goods' on Trump, and haven't. Now- there are a ton of stuff out there hinted at concerning Clintons, the 'Steele file' and various dirty tricks... Oh, yes, discovery goes both ways, indeed.

DUmmy kentuck seems neither to know nor to understand that it is a civil suit.

One wonders whether this is due to low IQ, ignorance, inability to read, inability to comprehend...or some conjunction of those things.
