This would not surprise me one bit. Unless you are buying the western media lies 110% there is more than ample evidence that the Ukrainians have been violating the Geneva Convention.

1. Since Russian troops shouldn't be there to be the "victims" of supposed war crimes, I'm not cranking up my Give-A-Shit.

ETA: IF there were actual war crimes and not Russian propaganda-fiction, bring those to justice who did it. And at the same time, bring to justice Putin and every general officer who participated in the invasion ... those not killed in the fighting, of course.

2.
