Justice Clarence Thomas hospitalized 'after experiencing flu-like symptoms'

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC, on Friday evening "after experiencing flu-like symptoms," the court's public information office said Sunday evening.

"He underwent tests, was diagnosed with an infection, and is being treated with intravenous antibiotics," the court's press release said. "His symptoms are abating, he is resting comfortably, and he expects to be released from the hospital in a day or two. Justice Thomas will participate in the consideration and discussion of any cases for which he is not present on the basis of the briefs, transcripts, and audio of the oral arguments."

If he is not vaxxed (which I doubt) it could be serious. Hell it could be serious anyway. But it would be especially good to see a RWer fall to covid when he wasn’t vaxxed

Here's another thread. The comments are even worse.

Didn't some snarky jugheaded a-hole recently announce that he got Covid??? Can't remember seeing any comments near this bad about that on any conservative boards. Maybe I just missed them, but somehow I don't think so.

     If I was a coldhearted person, I would point out that Justice Thomas is getting the best care possible, whereas one of the DUmmies, who certainly wishes Thomas dead, is having trouble getting melanoma treatment. Were I coldhearted, that would warm my heart immensely, but I am not coldhearted so I will wish Justice Thomas well and have a whiskey.

Considering these are the ones that self :stoner: medicate, no matter what the desease is and most of what they take prescribed meds for are their various psychoses, I'm pretty certain they haven't got the slightest clue - outside of VD, anyway - what antibiotics are used for.
