Yep! Michael Flynn went in front of the J-6 & pleaded the fifth! Trump’s boy must be guilty? I have lost count of how many of them pleaded the fifth!

     Imagine the irony if the Jan 6 Committee is on TV live, and all of DU-land is watching with pee pees erect, ready to spew, as the words "...today we recommended to the Department of Justice the indictment of Donald J -" and at precisely that moment, one of Putin's EMP bursts goes off and knocks out electricity on the Eastern seaboard because Biden's Pentagon is more worried about pronouns than national security.

And yet, as I recall, the legal scholars of DU thought he wouldn't be able to do that since he accepted a pardon, thus admitting guilt (or some such nonsense).

Yeah.  That'll be the first argument in the defense's case and it's a solid hitter.  The 6ick Committee can only argue sideways.  A judge may close the case right away.  As someone once said:  " Everyone has a plan until they get lockjawed. "

Wait. When did the verdict come in? When was the trial? I do not recall of any of the people testifying at the Kangaroo Kourt "investigating" what happened on 1/6 being tried in a court of law, judged guilty or even charged with anything. How can they be guilty DUmbass? Oh, that's right, Just because you think they are makes it so. Well DUmbass that's not how it works in this country.
