Are there any sanctions on energy?
Are we still buying from Russia? I haven't heard any mention of sanctions on buying oil.

There are no sanctions and there will not be any sanctions of Russian energy since Germany relies of Russian energy. That is until Brandon offers them our energy to fill the gap.

1. Well, this is the hold up on banning Russia from SWIFT,
If we ban Russia from SWIFT it won't be able to export fossil fuels to Europe and the EU is hesitating enacting this.

President Biden and Canada are discussing doing SWIFT but we need to keep our allies united.

And this is where you Dummies come in to help. We take over supplying Europe’s oil needs from our domestic stocks. This will take care of the hesitancy to ban Russian oil and have the bonus of causing wide spread energy shortages in the USA along with hyper expensive energy costs for US. Win-win, Bandon gets to look like a world leader and the environment is saved because the US economy crashes resulting in less domestic energy demand.

3. US and Canada should do it.
Does Banning SWIFT here affect Europe?

No stupid the EU will find other sources of energy such as the USA, wind and solar and such to fill the gap.

And don’t worry dummy, china has promised to snap up any unsold russian oil. Our Chineese allies doing it’s part to keep Russian armor well lubed.

7. Open the spigots from Venezuela,
Sign the peace deal with Iran and open its spigots. Get other countries to increase exports.

Venezuela is importing thinner oil from Iran to mix with its domestic thick oil then selling it off  to china to pay for venezuela’s free healthcare. Free healthcare for Venezuela or kicking russia out of ukraine? Brandon has to decide which is higher on the "basic humann rights" matrix.

But we can say that things are not at a crisis level because Hunter Biden hasn't been asked to solve the EU energy situation yet.

Open our own damn pipelines and tell Lurch Kerry and the green machine to go piss up a rope!  We were almost completely energy independent before Creepy Joe ascended like the doddering old fool that he is to the White House.

Yes. The “sanction” is that Russia will continue to sell oil to the EU and Dems will shut up about it because it hurts Slo Joe when US citizens see he’s a spineless hypocrite. Now, don’t mention this again, comrade.

The United States imported more gasoline and other refined petroleum products from Russia than any other country in 2021.

That will make it tricky for President Biden and the United States to maneuver as it attempts to impose restrictions on U.S. exports to Russia, in the wake of President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

In 2021, Russia accounted for 21% of all U.S. gasoline imports, with Canada second at 17%. By value, Russian imports increased 71.05%, which is slightly less than gasoline imports from the world, which increased 80.53%. The Russian total was $12.78 billion.

Biden's domestic energy policies doubled the price of oil and provided much needed Russian military funding. And, our ineptness of the Afghanistan exit told Putin the time was right to finish the job.

I wish these morons were more worried about the climate change sanctions at the energy pump.
