I am going to bash every thread with a fury

that talks about what president Biden did wrong, that talks about the consequences we have to deal with in the United States, that does not lay the blame for this war crime squarely on Putin.

I am not afraid to take hides.

Tie Putin to Trump and the Republican party and I will join in. If you mention president Biden I am going to be scrutinizing your post.

We must all bash Putin, he invaded a sovereign nation to take away its freedom.

Putin helped Trump in 2016 but failed, he is trying to give the GQP control in 2022 and Trump or a Trump clone control in 2024, then our democracy is finished. Now is not the time to calm down. We must lay the blame for this war squarely on Putin, do you trust our MSM do to that?

Trump fed him intel every single day of his presidency. The idea being, Putin good, Democrats bad.

Biden is exactly the President we need in office right now. There is absolutely no question about that.

President Biden has been involved in keeping the peace and assisting former soviet countries as they transitioned for a long time. He KNOWS all the players and has for a long time. His work as a Senator should be noted here, he was quiet but got a lot of good work done, we only heard about his mistakes during the election.

President Biden is also no war monger and will go to the mat to avoid it. He really is a genuine peacekeeper.

I don't think any of the candidates of 2020 could compare in this area of needed institutional knowledge.

I am comforted that we have the president we have right now, I hope we go forward on such a path as we have begun, directed at bettering life on earth rather than destroy it. At least some of us, that is.

I am not looking forward to the rest of this year but I think the new potential big war is going to help redirect a lot of people, possibly even a lot of rumpers.

There was no do that, or do this, or "do it right"... No matter what Biden did, no matter what choice he made, Putin was going to do this. Putin wanted this, he was going to launch this attack. The nightmare we're watching unfold right now is on one person, and one person only... Vladimir Putin.

Putin did this. He was going to do this, come hell or high water. And he is the only ****ing person who deserves to be blamed for this.

If president Biden had put extreme sanctions on Russia in the beginning then Putin would have used that as an excuse to invade. The right wing traitors were pushing for that. President Biden can now go full bore into sanctions, nail the families of the Russian oligarchs, nail VTB bank, sanction Russia's fossil fuel exports. I will gladly pay more for gas to bring Putin and Trump down.

President Biden actually gave out classified information. Think about it. He not only kept our allies informed about what Putin was scheming, he kept the whole world informed, it was a brilliant move, not enough credit is given to him for doing this.

President Biden let the world know every move that Putin was going to make. President Biden exposed all of Putin's false flag operations, exposed all of his troop movements and the types of military equipment. By doing this the MSM was forced to report accurately on what Putin was doing.

I can't say this enough, it was a brilliant move by president Biden to release this classified information.

It is also irrelevant.

What is relevant is the US and NATO response -- which was to stroke our beards, shake our heads disapprovingly, and threaten sanctions.

Sanctions are bullshit. Bullets are definitive.

A month or more ago, we should have:

1. Put a brigade of the 82d Airborne Division into Ukraine. Now, yes, I know airborne is light infantry and cannot withstand an armored attack. But, that signals Putin that if he wants Ukraine, he must come over us.

2. At the same time, we should have started moving the 1st Armored Division from Ft. Bliss to the port of Galveston and started loading tanks on ships. Ditto for the 3rd Mech Divisions at Ft Stewart GA, head them for the port at Savannah.

3. Declare a no-fly zone over Ukraine and enforce it with US airpower.

4. Put more than the normal number of ICBM-firing submarines on patrol.

5. Move B52 and B2 bombers to Europe along with nuclear weapons handling units.
