Can anyone doubt Putin had out the good Champagne when that happened? The whole Trump Presidency was a windfall for Putin, but January 6th was the icing on the cake.

I think November 3rd did far more to green light Putin's aggressive tendencies. Maybe the morning hours of November 4th, more accurately said...
Yep, Putin knew it was safe to try to take another chunk off Ukraine because of 1/20/2021.
