Rittenhouse to sue everybody

I don't think this is going to work out quite the way the DU lawyers think...

Rittenhouse to sue everybody
He announced he is going to sue Whoopie, the young Turks, and sports players.

4. Why don't you enlist Kyle?
Are you afraid of people who shoot back?

This particular DUmpass didn't see the same videos I did.
Rittenhouse pulled off what I would consider the closest thing to textbook self-defense I've ever seen. It was almost as if the people who wrote the law watched what he did and wrote the law to match.

20. He's finding out most people in society don't have welcoming arms for little killers.
Who's going to hire his ass, or want him on their college campus, or in the military?
He's got a long life ahead of being a pariah.
Maybe him and george zimmerman can hook up and re-start Murder Inc. and work for the mob.

Which is exactly why he has a pretty damned good case, DUmmie.

10. He crossed state lines and murdered two people in cold blood!
And the ****ing MAGA idiots cheered him on! We saw the whole damn thing on live TV! If that's not murder, I don't know what is! **** these morons!

STATE LINES!  STAAAATE LIIINES !! REEEEEEEE !!

16. First question: did you kill two humam beings with a gun?
Then you committed murder. You may not have been held criminally responsible, but you still murdeted.

I see a trend here. DUmmies aren't all that bright.

DUrps illustrating why they are some of the dumbest, least informed participants in our politics. Oh yeah, and resentful losers.

First question: Did those human beings attack him without provocation? Yes. Next question: Was his life in imminent danger? Yes. Next question: Was the use of force proportional? Yes. Next question: Was the use of force reasonable? Yes. Last question: Did he have a 'duty to retreat'? No, but he tried anyway. All this means what Ritenhouse did meets the use of force criteria. Case closed, dumb****. Domestic terrorists messed with someone they thought would be an easy target, and they lost.

Looks like the "freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences" is nowhere to be found.

And the irony of anyone at DU complaining about anyone else's smarminess is just stunning.

The MSM:

* Spared no lie in trying to poison the jury pool against Rittenhouse, and failed (the outcome being irrelevant to any lawsuits Rittenhouse might file);

* Printed and broadcast lurid tendentious lies long after the lies were known to be false; this will be the core of any lawsuits Rittenhouse might file.

My WAG is that MSM people and companies he sues will be forced to use the "Public Figure" defense, which makes it nearly impossible for a celeb or national-level pol to win a slander or libel lawsuit. That defense is the basis for the NY judge ruling against Sarah Palin (blatantly wrongly, IMO). MSM companies tried that with Nick Sandmann, and were pretty much forced to settle, because they had made him a "Public Figure". That is the problem on which national-level MSM types may founder. Rittenhouse's case should never have grown larger than Wisconsin or the Wisconsin-Illinois area. The MSM chose to make it a national-level story.

If the MSM people and companies he sues try the "Public Figure" defense, all of DU (plus or minus brooklynite[ and/or former9thward) will lap it up and think Rittenhouse's cases doomed. What those DUpipo will refuse to recognize is that a "Public Figure" defense, when used alone, would mean that the MSM person/company has conceded that what they published or broadcast was false, and they should have known it or did but got careless.

The law under which Rittenhouse was acquitted defines what he did as "self-defense" not murder. Don't like it, get the law changed ... like any sane or quarter-sane legislator or goobernor would go along with that idiocy (I don't think even AOC or Kammy are that degree of stupid).

I foresee many out of court settlements in young Kyle's future. I'm not sure CNN can take another one. It may come down to the human penis Zucker being personally liable.  I wouldn't put it past Warner to do that as part of closing the deal.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I hope he sues the ass off the media and all the celebs that tried to sway public opinion against him and turn him into a pariah.
I specially would like to see him sue that vile, hate mongering racist bitch joy reid. Take everything she owns including the shirt off her back and burn it!
That would make a great video for the left to watch.

I have to disagree. Let's not take Joy Reid's shirt... some things are just too terrible and can't be un-seen

Kyle rittenhouse has murdered less people than ted kennedy.

He's even murdered fewer people than The Clinton Crime Family.
