How long have you known him?

Why did you choose the seven battleground states to charge as fraudulent?

Was it that you needed those states to give Trump a majority of electoral votes if they were sent back to the state legislatures?

Was it that you could claim Trump as winner of the Electoral College votes and still president so long as those states were in question?

Was the idea of alternate slates of electors yours alone? Or did you receive assistance? From whom?

Do you believe "taking the Fifth" is a sign of guilt, as your client has stated, or do you believe it is your constitutional right?

Do you feel any responsibility for the attack on our Capitol because of your comments to the rally?
