To those flying those "**** BIDEN!" flags: I totally understand.

After all, just consider this past year:

---he moved quickly to get over 200 million of us vaccinated against covid
---he restored decency and civility in the White House
---our allies are neither repulsed or amused by him. They respect him
---he and his wife appear to genuinely love each other. Jill has never refused to hold Joe's hand
---there are no nude photos of this First Lady on the internet
--- more jobs were created in his first year in office than in any other president's first year
---somehow, he has permitted working people to effectively double the hourly rate for new hires in the service industry
---there are no "love letters" from "Rocket Man" and none of the lipstick on Putin's butt is Joe's shade
---he has not routinely lied to the American people

I could go on, but that's enough to show you that I really do understand: Joe Biden has never been, is not now and never will be "your kinda guy".

The rest of us are unbelievably grateful for that.

I think the administrations push to get boosters approved for everyone should be counted as a separate accomplishment.

I dislike four letter words in public. Think of the kids. Think of their kids, because they can't.

I suppose **** will lose its impact. But do we have decency if nothing is verboten? If nothing is forbidden we have no reason for the word forbidden. So the supposed moralizers have made immorality universal.

What will they do when Trump is in jail?

10. The only thing I wish he could have done that he just could not quite make happen was

not his fault - I credit Manchin and Sinema - I very much wanted the age of Medicare eligibility to be reduced.

That one thing would be a massive, massive help for millions of Americans including me and my wife.

However, that said, Biden HAS been a transformative president. He's a good one!

11. And he is Not a slob

He doesn't have strangely orange skin on his face that ends at his neck . He doesn't have a bad yellowish comb over and wear I'll fitting suits that have legs the size of his wife's long skirts.

He has more than single syllable words in his vocabulary and can speak in full sentences without sounding like a 1950s mob boss.

* No, Trump moved quickly to get necessary accessories such as syringes, needles, and disposables produced in advance of the planned vaccination drive.

* No, Trump moved quickly to organize logistics and distribution to states, who had the authority and responsibility distribute vaccines doses and decide who had priority.

* No, Trump's preparatory work had two vaccines authorized a month before Biden took office, a third almost ready for authorization (~5 weeks after Biden took office, which means Biden get zero "credit"), and tens of millions of Americans partially or fully vaccinated.

* The only thing Biden did was to lie about Trump's accomplishments so as the take credit for them, and then undermine public confidence in the vaccines through the stoooooooopid week-long pause of the J&J vaccine and threats of and attempted vax mandates.
