As for the "only 1000 patients involved in clinical testing", if whatever was being tested in 1986 was in Phase 1 or Phase 2 testing, those numbers were and are normal for those test phases. How is Fauci to blame for normal? Facts are facts, whether one likes them or not.
Further, tests of vaccines and other meds are conducted by hospitals and other health orgs, not the NIH (NAIAD being one of the Institutes) or the drug companies. IOW, Fauci had zero control over how those 1986 tests were operating. Facts are facts, whether one likes them or not.
