Indeed, however, only obungles presided over the 50 plus year rollback of race relations...though aqualung joe is trying very hard to out do him in that department.
I grew up in a place and during a time where nobody gave two shits what color you were, like Dr. KIng envisioned.
Now, the first thing that crosses my mind when I see a black person is whether they might hate me for my skin color because of how they have been indoctrinated, and my options when it comes to reacting, should there be anything to react to.
Obungles, he built that.
I grew up in a rural area near a couple of small towns. Contrary to Lib/Prog stereotypes, I never saw/heard racial prejudice, and never heard of it until MLK Jr. broke into national news. (at which time I had a hard time believing people could be that kind of stupid ... I was just 7 or 8 or 9). I don't assess people as to whether or not they hate me, etc., but if I lived in SF, Oakland, or Berserkeley, I might think different, though not based on skin color only (whit or brown thugs aren't any less thuggish).
Each President on my "worst" list had/have their own particular awfulnesses:
* Wilson lead a purge of blacks from Federal employment; his "He kept us out of the war" shtick and promises were cynical lies; his economic, personal, and press freedom actions were tyrannies he probably intended to continue after WW1 ended;
* Carter was weak, inept, a union shill, inept, and weak;
* Clinton was corrupt and slimed the Oval Office, metaphorically and literally; IMO, he was the beginning of the partisanizing of the FBI and "Justice" Department;
* Obama was as you said, a race-baiter, as well as antisemitic, weak, and inept;
* Biden,
in less than a year has proven himself weak, a bungler, petty, antisemitic, and tyrannic, Obama-on-steroids in each quality.
