He seems pretty healthy but I worry about him this time of year, I might try and find a portable hand warmer to put in his little house or something

The deck looks 2/3 rotted away, and looks to be covered with cat litter or sand washed out of roofing shingles.

As for the cat, (s)he has sense enough to find shelter from the cold as needed ... which means that (s)he is smarter than the average DU-Denizen.
