Novavax will be applying for FDA EUA approval soon.
This is the traditional dead virus in a jar method of delivery which we are all familiar with.
I wonder if there is still enough of a market in most countries for another vaccine. Maybe they will be targeting the vaccine hesitant.

I kind of doubt Novavax will apply for EUA in the US, not that I'd mind. Novavax has applied for authorization in multiple countries around the world, receiving it from the EU (among several other countries) within the past few days.
Novavax's vaccine does not use traditional dead/inactivated virus technology. It appears to use a variety of protein sub-unit technology (such as is used in the DTAP/TDAP vaccines).
The Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines were not the only ones aided/funded by the Trump Administration, just the first to meet the endpoint goals of their Phase 3 tests. AZ, Inovio, Novavax, Sanofi, and Vaxart also received some form of aid or funding. Trump's OWS did not put all its eggs into just one vaccine basket.
