What is the strategy for the DOJ ?
In my opinion, they should charge every single accomplice in the attempted coup before they go after Donald Trump. It appears that is what they are doing.
They should pick them off one at a time until there is accountability. If they charge former Chief-of-Staff Meadows with contempt of Congress, the Congress is making good progress toward holding people accountable.
If the Supremes do not rule on "executive privilege" in favor of The Former Guy, then I would not be surprised to see the J6 Committee subpoena Donald Trump.
What would be his excuse?
