Will the Supreme Court take the Trump case??

Why would they take a "hot potato" that is a known certified loser?

Why would they sully their reputation even further than they already have?

But, I would not be surprised if Trump's lawyers ask for a month extension to prepare their case. Which they might be rewarded with a couple of more weeks?

One thing to remember is that people like these grifters never run out of schemes.

They will say and do anything to delay the inevitable.

It would be a nice Christmas present.

Don't wish for it. Better for them to refuse to take it and let the appellate court ruling stand.

If they do take it, it could prove very troublesome.

It would mean that the Supreme Court of the land has become part of a cult.

5. i don't think so, but it wouldn't surprise me........

i think we're going to find that while SCOTUS now exists to do the bidding of the Heritage Foundation (i.e. undoing Roe), they aren't going to be all that interested in undermining democracy for drumpf's sake. after all if they allow him to take the country over and essentially rule as an emperor, that only dilutes their own power.

15. I think it would be a big mistake if the Appeals Court grants him a further "stay"...

...of a few more weeks.

It is his MO to always look for delay or excuses when he is held accountable.

Giving him more time is like handing him a bomb.

Hopefully, the Judges and Justices will do their job.

16. They don't have to take it to help Trump. All he needs is a TRO

The court can issue a temporary restraining order while it mulls over whether to take the case and then, even if it eventually does not hear the case the clock will have run out on the 1/6 Committee. So Scotus can publicly save its own ass while helping Trump at the same time

I love how these hypocrites at the DUmp act all high and mighty but would be doing the exact same things as Trump if they were in his position. Nothing but jealous, hate filled little children populating that cesspool of the internet.
