MSNBC Banned From Rittenhouse Trial
Apparently, someone who claims they're a producer from MSNBC said his boss in New York told him to follow the jury bus after it left the courthouse last night.

Yeah, that's a no no.

The judge just banned MSNBC from the court for the rest of the trial.

and told police he was instructed to do so by his boss at NBC.

The investigation is ongoing, the KPD said, adding that the person was "issued several traffic related citations."

According to the KPD, no pictures of any jurors were actually taken by the individual. Judge Bruce Schroeder said the person identified themselves as "James J. Morrison who claimed he was a producer for NBC News, employed by MSNBC."

Morrison allegedly said he was told to follow the jury bus by his boss in New York, identified as Irene Byon. "He was taken in for violating a traffic control signal," Schroeder said.

According to Schroeder, nobody else from NBC News "will be permitted in this building," the Kenosha County Courthouse, "for the duration of this trial. This is a very serious matter ... Someone following a jury bus, that is a very serious matter that will be referred to the proper authorities for further action."

We should have the right to know who these people are if this is a fair justice system. Also what if the judge is just lying to keep the press he doesn't like out? He made comments about the media not being friendly to them.

The judge should call a press conference and announce that he is going to to grant the defense's motion for a mistrial with prejudice and then cite the harmful actions of the MSM both before and during the riots and this trial as cause.

     I think there IS a civil war coming, but it will be fought with moving vans. When Rittenhouse is acquitted or pardoned, Kenosha will explode. The only people who are going to deal with that shit are lunatic liberals, because I suspect good people will up and move. red areas will get redder, and blue areas will get bluer. Who do you think is leaving California? TV actors? No - it's people (like me) who got tired of it all. Before long, riots will be a lot like what happens in Seattle and Portland - neverending, and affect shithead liberals only. Fine with me.

I'm old enough to remember when judges could throw out cases when prosecutors introduced bad evidence after jury deliberations, badgered the witness about asserting his fifth amendment rights, and pointed the alleged murder weapon at the jury.

You are correct. At THIS point, middle class emigres from blue states to red states are 80% conservative, while those on the dole STAY in the blue states. In fact, it was opined that Ted Cruz, who barely won his reelection in 2018 against Beto O'Rourke by 2%, would have lost had not newly-arrived people from California and Illinois voted overwhelmingly for Cruz.

(In retrospect, I think that the Deep State had calculated their mail fraud algorithms based on the 2010 Census, which didn't account for the massive influx of conservative emigres since 2012 after Obama's second election. I think that algorithm was at least 10%, probably closer to 15% which was the margin of victory Abbot had over his democrat opponent.)
