How about highjacking an old topic and using that for a “new forum”. I checked out some and the Natural Disaster Survivors hasn’t had a new post since April 2020 before that September 2018 before that 2016 then further back.

Keep posting that it will be open for a Messaging Forum. It wouldn’t be too long to see if it would work or get shut down.

Given what messaging advice the primitives would offer, I don't see where the forum group name "Natural Disaster Survivors" would need to be altered much at all.
