I thought I could hold out on this judge, but I'm done ... the prosecution is about to show a video that looks like it was going to mud stomp KRs whole testimony.

The defense comes in with "... pinching and zooming alters the image..." which is bullshit and the defense has brought in images they've zoomed in on.

The judge believes the defenses statements that apple alters images when they're pinched as if he's never zoomed in on a picture ... I'm done.

Now the judge doesn't believe common use of zooming in on a video, WT A F...

I'm done


Pinching and zooming isn't the problem. The problem is pixels have been inserted by Apple according to their interpretation changing, if only slightly, the image.

I've got news for the DUmmies, if the video is as explosive as the rest of his questioning, he's got nothing.  Jeeze, how many times can you ask someone why you were carrying your firearm? 

I wish Kyle had told him, I keep a spare tire in my car, but I don't expect to use it.  Or, you never know what's going to happen, sometimes bad things happen when you least expect it.

This line of questioning has been painful to watch and this is the first time I've watched the trial.

Not only that, but why would it be bad to ask the prosecutor if there are certain places I shouldn't be?  And WHY?  This is America, bitch, I can go where I want, and if I'm carrying and some asshole tries to interfere, what's wrong with me defending myself?

When software interpolates details into zoomed pictures/videos, the software is altering the pictures/videos by adding pixels, details, that are not in the pictures/videos. By simple definition, that is altering the pictures/videos. Binger tried to pull a fast one, and the judge, properly, stopped Binger's dishonesty.
