The breakdown that DUpipo should be worried about is the multiple instances of prosecutorial misconduct committed during the cross-examination. The TV stereotype is of prosecutors shredding defendants dumb enough to testify on their own behalf. In this case, without trying to do so, an 18YO shredded experience prosecutors.

More generally, while prosecutors' job is to prosecute, their higher level job is to see that justice is done. In this case the prosecutors have no case. Seeing that justice would be done should be the prosecutors moving for a dismissal with prejudice. IRL, not only are the prosecutors trying to have injustice done, they clearly HATE Rittenhouse and are FURIOUS that their own flailings in court are likely to acquit Rittenhouse.

IMO, Binger and Kraus should be disbarred and barred from government employment.

THAT guy was irritating.  He pretended not to know what sarcasm is?  He couldn't wrap his hear around someone bringing a firearm ... just in case? 

I'm sorry, that guy is not an idiot and the more he pretended to be, the worse he looked.  He LOOKED like a moron, but for those who realized he's not a moron, he looked like someone simply trying to goad a young man into saying something he could pounce on.

I don't know if Kyle was simply prepared VERY well, or if that's who he is, but that young man did a spectacular job in keeping his mind about him.
