These are the witnesses for the prosecution?

What’s this?  DUmmies being faced with some ugly (to them) truths?  Here we have actual, real life, DUmmies admitting they may not have the goods on Rittenhouse. Swear to God.

These are the witnesses for the prosecution?

Witness: Kenosha shooting victim was acting 'belligerently'

One says first victim (I'm not a lawyer so I can call people what I want) was "belligerent" another says says he was "hyperaggressive" a third says he "lunged" to grab the rifle...

This isn't going to even make it to the jury. There is going to be a directed verdict of not guilty. They should save time and move on to the illegally carrying a weapon charge.

1. After listening in on some of the highlights...
Yea, the first couple witnesses helped the defense more than the prosecution.

3. Well...
One says first victim (I'm not a lawyer so I can call people what I want) was "belligerent" another says says he was "hyperaggressive"

What else can you expect? Rosenbaum is literally on video hurling racial epithets at people. Unless the prosecution is expecting the witnesses to lie, they have to know that his behavior is going to come out.

That’s all I’m bringing over. Enjoy.

if that's the best the prosecution can come up with then maybe, just maybe the prosecution has no case.

And a big "DUH!!" went up from those of us who have been following people who are doing something resembling real journalism on this case.

:rotf: Maybe my memory is off, but I don't remember sarisataka being a voice of sanity on DU. :rotf: More the opposite, actually. IOW, if sarisataka realizes the prosecution's case is enormously flawed ... :rotf:

Even if DUmmies' refusal to hear news they didn't want to hear kept them ignorant of what actually happened, the take-over of the case by AG Ellison should have been a huge clue that it was a prosecution founded on politics rather than facts.

6. I'm curious how they expect to get a conviction

Since if the first victim is self-defense all that followed will also be self-defense.

Or are they just going through the motions to appease the public, knowing he will walk on the most serious charges?
It's called a trial DUmmie. These things happen when there are accusations of crimes.

18. Looks like the latter.

They might be in cahoots with the judge.
What, with the trial? Hey DUmmie believe it or not that's what judges do. God, the stupid it burns.  :thatsright:

Looks to me like DUmpasses are finally faced with reality. You know, the same reality that's been publicly available on video since the moment it all happened.

JMHO but the DA's office, for political reasons, had to at least charge KR and have a public trial. Since Rosenbaum was being such a dick and KR acted in self defense he really doesn't have much of a case - but it's his job is to at least try.

IIRC, the local DA is basically AG Keith Ellison's sock puppet. Ellison is in charge and probably made the decision to prosecute what is looking like a non-case. IOW, it's a prosecution based on politics rather than evidence.

I know that DU and the political left in general are an informational airlock, but honestly, what were they expecting? Did they expect someone to be like "Oh yeah, Rittenhouse totally just put on a blindfold and fired whenever he wanted."
