This blogger was in Alaska at a PolarTec Conference March 2 - 9. When returning, she runs into Gov. Palin at the Fairbanks Airport. She writes about the experience on April 27.

I questioned PolarTRECer Craig Kasemodel an Alaskan resident. He let me know that Governor Palin sold the corporate jet after securing her official Governor position.

Governor Pallin said she would sell the jet because it was impractical and that the Alaska state inventory would be relieved of this dept. The jet was sold on EBay to Larry Reynolds for 2.1 million dollars.

Not only is Governor Palin “Hot”, but she is also very kind.

I approached the Governor and told her a little bit about PolarTREC and why I was in Alaska. She told me that she knew of the program and then introduced me to her adorable daughter Piper. We chatted about Florida and Barrow, Alaska and flying commercial. She said she really enjoys and prefers flying with people who either live in or are visiting Alaska. She even flies coach! She was kind enough to take several photos with me.

Who the f*@k is anyone to decide that their value system is in any way the standard upon which people should choose to engage.

Oh, and my favorite, most hilarious sentiment is "it makes us look bad". Yeah, because if "we" behave for long enough maybe we won't be so "underground" any more. Maybe we can become guest panelists on Crossballs or something.

     I saw that last night and wondered the same thing. I think this non-story is pretty much beaten to death. Kos and DU can have a gross-out competition with each other, but not even moveon.org would run with this football, and they're almost as bad as PETA. I don't think anyone who might have voted for McCain is going to change their vote based on a smear campaign.

     Obama, in the meanwhile, is on the public record as supporting terrorists and America-haters, the latter of which contains his wife.
