The glee coming from right-wing radio pundits as they report on Afghanistan is disgusting

You can tell they are loving the chaos and the chance to put it on Biden. I swear some of them are sexually aroused over it. I tuned in briefly on my way to the store just now.

There's no mention of Trump's betrayal to the Afghan government through his deal with the Taliban. There's no mention of how Trump's stupid deal worked in the Taliban's favor and enabled them to advance militarily. There's no mention of the 5000 Taliban fighters let out of jail through Trump.

They're not giving any of the 20 year history, just the current chaos that has them tingling.

But the silence from the left while Biden is actually making the best out of a bad situation is what sickens me.


If the same thing happened under Trump as soon as Dems spoke against Trump GOP would've gone to statement #1 from foreign war playbook.

Statement #1 "How dare you question the commander in chief while are brave men and women in uniform are in harms way!"

At that point the weak kneed reactionary left would've been effectively muzzled.

And Trumps deal was “Taliban, you better sit tight until we’re gone or we’re going to bomb you back to the year 2000BC.” Not sure how that works in the Taliban’s favor except to leftists, all of whom can’t form an independent thought.

I don't listen a lot to "right-wing radio pundits", because I work, full-time. So I hear ~20 minutes of Mike Gallagher and/or Armstrong & Getty and/or the Sekulows during my AM and PM commute, and 5 or 10 minutes of Hugh Hewitt while going to and from the gym, i.e. a somewhat limited sample. They are in no sense "gleeful" at what is happening in Afghanistan. They are appalled, horrified, and angry at what is happening in and will happen to the country, and particularly at LIEden's BUNGLING of a withdrawal that is well within the capability of the US military when ignorant incompetent politicians don't F things up.
