I am looking to move out of Texas

I have had enough of all the trumpidiots and the misinformation and lies coming from abbott and all the rethug politicians here cornyn, cruz, gohmert pyle, and many more.

What blue state should I look at to move too, I am retired and not looking for a city place but more of out in the country.

Move to L.A.

24. I've long considered retiring to Las Cruces, because housing there is reasonable

and the Organ mountains are lovely, but it's not a true-blue area, kind of purple.

which means the leftists haven't ****ed it up completely... yet...

2. Since your retired WA is nice and has no

State tax. We lived there 10 years but moved down to OR because too much snow and to be closer to kids. But you could find areas where winter not as heavy. Taxes are high in CA and OR.

15. Virginia. You have so many choices of types of community.

An educated populace. Four seasons but comparatively mild weather (not too dry; few tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes). Natural beauty. Lots of activities. You can live near the ocean but it will cost $$$.

I agree with others—in every state the rural areas will be redder than the blue—even in the bluest states.

16. Back in the seventies there was a migration...

of Michiganders to Texas jobs were more plentiful there. Return the favor and come here to rural Michigan, help us turn rural localities blue.

21. College towns tend to lean liberal.

You may have to deal with state idiots but at least your neighbors are cool. Lots more support for the performing arts than you would find in similarly sized towns. The Research Triangle, Durham-Raleigh-Chapel Hill area may be an area to consider.

30. Look into the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY if you don't mind snow.

Cornell University, Ithaca College, about a one hour drive to Syracuse with its University Hospital.

3.5 to 4 hour drive to New York City.

Lakes, parks, farmer's markets, college energy. Beautiful scenery. Wineries.

Upstate has a lot of red pockets, but the Ithaca area is blue and almost has a bohemian type of culture.

Not a state, but the primitive could move to a rural area in a nearby country whose policies have created a leftist paradise; namely Mexico. Maybe start looking in rural areas just South of Cuidad Juárez.

Good.  At least one less democrat vote to get in the way of progress down here.

Plus, the southbound traffic out of Florida is a mere trickle of the purpetual log jam of folks in the northbound lanes.  :naughty:

It sure does. But tell me, what party has ruined Ca. forever?

I hear Venezuela and Zimbabwe are beautiful, especially this time of the year. I also hear that South Africa is "improving".

The DUmmie should move to a blue city with lots of taxes, violence and homeless as well as defunded police.  A DUmmie paradise where they reap the benefits of progressive policies.

ChiTown, Baltimore, Seattle, Portland, LA, SF ...   The possibilities are endless.

Sounds kind of racist to me. They want to get away from the Democrat shitholes that they have voted for their whole lives and want to move to the safety of a rural red area.

Goodbye and please take 10 or 12 of your libs with you.

Good luck finding a place in the country that is liberal.  Country people have pride. In themselves and in their country.  They do not need to be gay to have it.
