Tribesmen bury five women alive for wanting to choose their own husbands

"ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - A Pakistani lawmaker defended a decision by southwestern tribesmen to bury five women alive because they wanted to choose their own husbands, telling stunned members of Parliament this week to spare him their outrage.

"These are centuries-old traditions and I will continue to defend them," Israr Ullah Zehri, who represents Baluchistan province, said Saturday. "Only those who indulge in immoral acts should be afraid."

The women, three of whom were teenagers, were first shot and then thrown into a ditch.

They were still breathing as their bodies were covered with rocks and mud, according media reports and human rights activists, who said their only "crime" was that they wished to marry men of their own choosing.

Zehri told a packed and flabbergasted Parliament on Friday that Baluch tribal traditions helped stop obscenity and then asked fellow lawmakers not to make a big fuss about it..."

The latest example of how muzzies react to feminism. Democrats are pleased that the victims were not waterboarded, or subjected to air conditioner shutdowns. DUmmies are outraged, but their holy Obamessiah, B. Hussein (pbuh) was raised and educated under the same muzzie sharia law that approves this behavior. The "church" he attended in Chicago was marginally less savage, but nonetheless repugnant to civilized people. If he has the opportunity to establish a caliphate, er, I mean, administration, how much of his sharia upbringing will come along with him?

Maybe the only thing DUmmies hate about muzzie honor killings is the word "honor".

For the record that is not a Muslim thing, that is a tribal thing. They just happen to be Muslims. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending the Muslims and they probably wish they would have thought of this first but some of these tribes haven't changed their traditions in a few thousand years.

They have merged their tribal social system into their Islamic beliefs. Similar to the why early Christianity picked up and modified some pagan practices and incorporated them in to Christian traditions. It allows the converted to feel more comfortable with the new religion. Gives them a feeling of familiarity.

Sadly enough, these tribal value system were compatible with Islamic faith. Another reason why Islam is a false religion. Abhorrent practices instead of being condemned and weeded out are accepted and nurtured.
