I'm just surprised that none of them has yet suggested just using the bottled water in a local supermarket - I means there's loads and loads of bottles there...
Maybe some of them will get sober long enough to remember that Calistoga bottled water has water rights for a spring on Mt. Shasta. They were all exercised over that -
the only exercise many of them get, 
- a few years ago during CA's last drought.
