MineralMan is on the leading edge of stopping horrific practices by companies like Amazon, where, when you order an appliance, the appliance comes in one box and the installer comes in another box.  Unbox the installer and he'll remove your old appliance, install your new appliance, box up your old appliance for removal and return to his box.  All you have to do is tape up the boxes and slap on the return labels.  BTW, when you order on Amazon you can not only choose the color of the appliance, but also the color of the installer.
