I am totally stoked about this VP pick. I honestly didn't think McCain had it in him. Just when I thought he had thumbed his nose at conservatives forever, he presents us with an angel.
Up until this morning, I couldn't have cared less about this election. Now I will be voting with a smile on my face instead of a grimace.
Same here, Jen. I was telling 2 of my co-workers (got a bouncy story about that, actually, LOL) that I was going to hold my nose in voting for McCain, but I won't have to now.

Now for the bouncy: After I'd checked my cellphone for the fantastic news, I told a couple of co-workers, who were as shocked as I was at that choice (we were all thinking Romney or Pawlenty). Then, one co-worker, Barbara, (who acts so much like my mother, it's kinda scary...but kinda nice, since my real mom is back in Atlanta) started ranting about Chris Matthews and how she thought he would react to the choice. I brought up Keith Olbermann, and smoke was just about coming out of her ears.

She hates those 2 so much. Then the other one, a feisty older German lady named Eva joined in on the libtard pundit bashing. Y'all would love her if you met her.
