Reminder:It was RightWing extremists lighting fires, shooting up buildings under the cover of the Floyd protests.

They knew BLM would be blamed. Most media and most of the public have been conditioned to believe the violence was BLM and Antifa. ALWAYS correct the record.
.......
A far-right extremist has been accused of opening fire on Minneapolis' third police precinct and sparking violence during May's George Floyd protests.

Ivan Harrison Hunter, a 26-year-old from Texas, was charged Friday with one count of interstate travel to participate in a riot. An admitted member of the "Boogaloo Bois," Hunter opened fire on the precinct and later looted it and helped set it on fire, the FBI said in a sworn affidavit released Friday.

....police precinct....became the center of protests against police violence that devolved into the destruction of the precinct and buildings around it. Hunter is one of several far-right extremists accused of intentionally ramping up that violence. Armed with a mask and tactical gear, Hunter fired 13 rounds at the precinct while officers were inside and ran away shouting "Justice for Floyd," the FBI alleges. He later bragged about "help[ing] the community burn down that police station" on Facebook.

Hunter admitted he was member of the Boogaloo movement, a collection of far-right, anti-government extremists intent on sparking a second civil war. He was in contact with other self-described Boogaloo Bois who arranged a trip to Minneapolis. He also texted with Steven Carrillo, another Boogaloo member who later shot and killed a sheriff's deputy in California.

11. Anti-fascists get blamed for crimes of anarchists, too.

The public doesn’t learn the distinction from media, unfortunately.

3. I've shared these facts with the wingnuts I argue with numerous times and agree it's very important

That being said, this is one example, not really enough to account for all the instances of things being set on fire or whatnot during the protests.

Its good for planting an element of doubt, however + a LOT of people haven't heard of this guy, and they need to.

7. The worst of the violence and ALL the copkillings during those summer protests were committed by Rightwingers.

Antifa gets blamed by you so you can pretend they’re the same? GTFOH with that GOP talking point.

8. You sound pleasant

I don’t know who you think you are talking to but I have been involved in more Equal rights marches and protests as a BLACK WOMAN since the 1970’s than you can even imagine. I can guarantee you. I also have eyes and ears. Sure, right wing groups are ****heads but you cannot sit there and tell me Antifa is absolutely innocent in any of the protests the last few years.

9. I replied appropriately to the post as written.

Antifa and RightWing extremist groups are nowhere in the same realm.
After Jan6 the RW media and GOP lie machine has been pushing the narrative that the two are the same.

We call out RW talking points here no matter who posts them. You posted them here. Anti-fascists don’t come out to murder, destroy, and loot. Neither does BLM. Only FOX watchers and GOP voters believe that propaganda.

Are you confusing the destructive anarchists with the anti-fascism left? If so, that’s a mistake on your part. Anarchists have most in common with the RightWing extremist groups.

15. You do get, right, that anti-fascists (so-called antifa) are on our side?

Republicans like to equate them with extreme right wing groups like the Proud Boys, Bugaloo Boys and the Oath Keepers.

Not so. Republicans even tried to blame Jan. 6 on them. Also, anti-fascists are not a centralized, organized group with chapters and officers and the like. It's a concept that like-minded people against wingers, magats and violent militia, share.

19. Even though it was dark when the police building was up in flames

i could tell watching the silhouettes of the rioters in front of the building that they weren't BLM. They were dancing and hopping all around in celebration. It looked nothing at all like the way BLM marchers had behaved themselves. At another point, it was half a dozen young white men who were trying to break into a store to loot.

At the time, especially at the beginning, they reminded me of the anarchists who'd made such a mess of the anti-Iraq war protests. But I knew in my bones they weren't BLM.

As usual, the left is all over the map with their arguments. The violence was started by police! Also, the violence is justifiable and due to pent up rage against the racist system! Also, it's secret right wingers causing the violence! It reminds of whenever something politically embarrassing happens to the Russians, and keep releasing different versions of the story to cover their asses.  :-)

Also, didn't prosecutors let a bunch of rioters go without charges? So, DUers would have us believe that a bunch of right wingers were caught in the act, and democrat prosecutors didn't charge them? Good job, imbeciles.

I can prove it was not RWers setting fires and shooting cops:

If it were, Lefty would have demanded they be put down with violence. Instead, Kumalla Harris helped raise bail money for them.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
