People put their children in daycare or with nannies all the time and you DUmmies support it to the point you'd like the rest of us to pay for it for everyone via mandatory preschool.

 A special needs child is no different and even though your life changes, it doesn't stop(this is one of the reasons you all never get the life issue in regards to disabled children--you see any child, but especially one with disabilities as some death knell for your lives). For 'progressives' you all certainly loath change in your lives if that's the case.

The baby has down's syndrome.  He isn't a quadriplegic with epilepsy, cleft palate, and agoraphobia.   I would be willing to wager a lot of money that a couple of my perfectly healthy nieces/nephews are WAY more high maintenance than he is.  No wonder so many of those douchebags abort their DS babies.  They seem to think that DS is the worst possible thing that could happen.

I sort of understand the democrat desperation. If I were a dem strategist, I would have been devastated this morning. They spent millions to organize and produce an unbelievable spectacle to close out their convention last night. As much as I detest the dems and B. Hussein (pbuh), I was impressed whenever I flipped over during football timeouts. But this morning, every news site home page and TV newscast
is not filled with adoration of their messiah's grand acceptance, but instead everything on TV and the internets is Palin, Palin, Palin. And that publicity is nearly 100% positive, even on the DailyKos Network (MSNBC).

You can expect them to lash out in obscene, vile, verbal violence, their normal reaction to anything perceived as negative. KO may have to schedule that long-delayed lobotomy this evening.

To me DS is just the fact that maybe your kid isn't going to be the class valedictorian.  There are some health issues that go along with it too but who's to say a perfectly healthy newborn couldn't develop every one of those health issues later?  You can't produce a perfect immortal baby unless your name is Mary and you lived 2000 years ago.

Now the liberals are dissing her for going back to work so soon after her baby is born.   They would be fine with her aborting him so as to not interfere with her work schedule though.

My cousin (she said it was her friend but I am pretty sure it was actually her) aborted her baby because it had DS.  I asked at what point do you consider a baby healthy enough to have instead of abort.  She got pregnant again pretty quickly.  Her baby was born perfectly healthy and then 2 years later they found a potentially fatal heart defect.  Now after numerous surgeries that baby is fine.  However, I wonder if she had found out about the heart defect in urtero would she have aborted this one too?
