The Left discards women like a spent condom on prom night

(CNS News) – Although the Democrat majority on the Senate Judiciary Committee blocked female athletes who oppose the Equality Act from testifying by video at Wednesday’s hearing on the subject, the ladies’ testimony was submitted into the record. Their testimony explained why competing against biological males (transgender “females”) is unfair and likely will destroy women’s sports.

Democrats are not interested in serving even their pet constituencies. Those people are only props.

Given enough time we will see transgenders kicked to the curb just as we see women being pushed aside here.

Why then does the Left waste so much oxygen finding these small groups to push into our faces?

The thing to note is these groups are, in one fashion or another, rejected by society at larger. Some are outright ostracized (sexual deviants), but most are not considered optimal to help guide task at hand (women in combat).

But each has been - with the distilled reason of cultural experience - been kept out. Some say that is unfair, but maybe not.

The mania of the Left to elevate these out groups is not about lifting the oppressed, it is about power. This is about challenging the basis of our civilization and unmaking it into something the Left can control.

They aren't stupid. This is not hypocritical. This tracks in a perfectly "reasonable" course for people willing to exploit and abandon any tool in the pursuit of power.

My two bits, in addition to all your correct assertations, it's about keeping their opposition on defense.  Instead of being able to talk about long term effects on society and individuals (search American Family Association's In His Image movie for some of those on this particular topic), we have to respond to the charges of being transphobic, sexist, hateful, close minded, old fashioned, blah blah blah.  It's like the old set up "When did you quit beating your wife?" 

Same mentality applies to most proggie causes.  Climate change, racism, multiculturalism, illegal immigration, kung-flu response, you name it.  Those pushing these things don't want debate because 1) they lack the data and critical thinking skills to actually support their ideas and 2) the ideas are secondary, the primary goal is amassing power cause all us dumb plebes need some one smarter than us to take care of us.

I see it as virtue signaling wokeness that they feel makes then the champion of the underdog and gives them the moral high ground over us "bigoted xxxphobic religious hatemongers"

they don't see that their embracing transgender people flies in the face of their claims of being the party that is lead by science.

In the 80's, a decade before Clinton forced 'feminists' to expose their leftwing bias by defending him, gays (guys) started bossing lesbian-activists around and usurping their voices.

So males were dominating anti-male causes... thereby inadvertently validating the way way God set the two sexes up.  Females, submissive generally, males dominate generally.

Simultaneous (in Houston anyway) with trannies becoming outraged that every new T-girl club was quickly 'taken-over' by masculine-loving gays. 

Just some fun facts to throw out there.  Anybody who lived through The Sexual Revolution knows what I'm talking about.
