I listen to Jimmy Dore because I like how he exposes the Dems for being the authoritarian and bloodthirsty party they are. I will agree he is an honest leftist. However, I don't agree with PJ that the Jimmy Dore's of the world would politely disagree with conservatives. Given the opportunity to get away with it, he'd have conservatives tossed into concentration camps in a second. So in that respect, he's no different than the Dem leadership or the primitives.
Dore isn't that bright, but he has figured out that the Dem leadership make promises every 2 and 4 years to their whacko base they have no intention of keeping. After watching the primitives since 2004, they still haven't figured out they're the easily manipulated sheeple. It's another reason that I've been reading the DU off-shoot site of Jackpine Radicals (JPR). And even then, while most of the JPR's have figured out that the Dems aren't willing to implement their kook ideas, there’s still some who can't seem to get off the "we have to reinvent the Dem party to what it should be" nonsense. The really, really whacko left can't seem to break away from wanting to be associated with a new Dem party, and so they marginalize themselves, which is all fine with me.
I agree there's a war within the Dem party and the left, but none of them know how to be independent of those who control their thoughts. The Dem party, on the path they're currently on, will destroy the very country they wish to rule over. And the primitive whackos and the Gabbard/Dore whackos will both complain in their own way while doing nothing to stop it, because intellectually they can't get past the fact that they're wrong.
