Fake Dentist Posts a Cringe-worthy bouncy-of-sorts

Here's my "sexual harassment" story which I tell patients:
A couple years ago, I had this new male patient. Objectively, he was one of those clean-faced, swinging-dick guys that men like me find fairly repulsive for a variety of reasons.

So I’m in the room alone with him, and he leans over conspiratorially and says, sotto voce, “Hey, you’ve got a whole lotta attractive women here. Which one are you screwing now?” All this with a self-satisfied smile on his face.

My reply, reflexively stated for better or worse, was: “it’s a funny thing you should ask that. Your wife asked me the same question the other day at the motel.”

His face just dropped and I continued: “It doesn’t feel real good when aimed at you, does it? I’m not that kind of guy and I don’t counsel that kind of attitude here. Your choice. “. He sort of apologized. I saw him a couple times since snd don’t know if he’s going to come back but I could not care less. Slime ball.

Not a likely story, and his "retort" makes no sense.  He would have to say something like, "Hey Lois.  You've got a whole lotta attractive women here at the motel.  Which one are you screwing now?" 

He's such an idiot.  One tale always begets another, so here is somebody's pointless story:

9. That patient is a real jerk. I cannot imagine saying anything...

...even remotely like that to anyone, in any situation.

Some years ago, one of the dads who was often the one to bring his kids to the pediatric office was a breathtakingly handsome man. Looked very much like Rob Lowe, whom I do consider to be quite attractive (I’m sure not everyone does).

I used to have to pretty much look down at my notes all the time while he was talking, to block the temptation to just look at him. It was somewhat weird and uncomfortable for me to be that distractable.

I don’t recall any other such occurrences in my 45 years of pediatric care, and, of course, I never let on. When working in a medical office, you get really good at keeping a straight face, no matter what people say or do.

In forty years of employing almost exclusively females and having a good 2/3rds of my practice female, I have never once ever showed even a passing interest in them as anything but individuals who have attended me for dental reasons. When I used to teach I would tell the dental students, all of them of all genders and predilections, that the only reason the patient was within three football fields’ distance of them was that he or she had a dental problem. That the dentist had a choice: the date or the career, because it would only take one individual to file a complaint and the life would never be the same. I know it made an impression. I will occasionally relate this story to prove a point academically and clinically.

What’s interesting to me as far as self-examination goes, is that I don’t process attractiveness when meeting people in my office except to note it objectively that they are appropriately dressed and comported. Outside the office, walking down the street, my visualization of course, takes other avenues of appreciation.

I can't see any instance where he would have a need to tell any other patient of that experience (even though it never happened).

meh,  would have been better if the fake dentist would have replied with:

“it’s a funny thing you should ask that. Your mom asked me the same question the other day at the motel.”

but then I've been accused of having the sense of humor of a 7th grader many times, so...

Male, 68-69 years old, mustache that does his looks no favor, Judaic derivation, raised without benefit of male parent, raucous as undergraduate in upstate New York but calm and stable as a dental student, lives on Main Line in Philadelphia, acquaintance of the Cadwalader and Cadwallader families, practices his profession in center-city Philadelphia, stable polygamous marriage, one younger adult daughter, harmless.

When compared with the unpolygamous sparkling old dude, the Stinky the Clown primitive further down south near Baltimore, a model of rectitude and probity.

This story never happened.  Simply a figment of the PC janitor's mind created while he/she/it was doing their rounds of dusting blinds and emptying wastebaskets.

Perhaps they identify as a woman.  It is difficult to tell anymore without a flow chart or Venn diagram.
