McCain got shot down, justifiably so as he disobeyed orders, and taken prisoner in an UNJUST war of American aggression. Obama has served his country an far more ways than John McCain has as evidenced by his Wikipedia entry, which is correct in these matters as near as I can tell:

Obama worked as a community organizer and practiced as a civil rights attorney before serving in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004. He taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1992 to 2004. Following an unsuccessful bid for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2000, he announced his campaign for the U.S. Senate in January 2003. After a primary victory in March 2004, Obama delivered the keynote address at the Democratic National Convention in July 2004. He was elected to the Senate in November 2004 with 70% of the vote.

As a member of the Democratic minority in the 109th Congress, he helped create legislation to control conventional weapons and to promote greater public accountability in the use of federal funds. He also made official trips to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Just when I think they can't get any more vile, they prove me wrong. I hope they try this...see how far it will get them. Not to mention, idjits, you're missing all those years between Vietnam and now. McCain has just a tad bit more experience. But by all means, dis his service...please...paint those signs now...show up at the convention, yell loudly...call attention to yourselves (we won't put you in "freedom cages", we WANT the voting public to see you)...hatred and stupidity in one leftist package...it just doesn't get any better for our side than this!

     When Obamohammed doesn't get the bounce they want, and when McCain starts putting out the REALLY good campaign ads, we're going to hear how Vietnam was a vile war, that he had it coming to him, that he was incompetent, and in fact he is a "war criminal."

     These claims will be made by the same people who, four short years ago, lionized the Vietnam War because John Kerry served in it.

I seriously hope that this is a sock puppet.  b/c the idea that McCain's TORTURE in the Hanoi Hilton, which gives him physical pain to this day (and we don;t even need to talk about his option to get out) is somehow LESS than barry's little owies is an affront to every POW and soldier.

What is a community organizer?  Is till have no good definition that doesn't boil back to "king of the pot holes."

Civil Rights Attorney?  That just means he sued cops for restraining a thug who desperately needed a beating.

I'm not sure that anyone serving in any American legislature these days is serving anyone but themselves.

"Community organizer" is the most lucrative scam a brother can run that does not require a law degree (although that can make it vastly more profitable) or an elected office. It means working with crooked urban politicians of all races to siphon off taxpayer money that has been naively budgeted to improve the plight of ghetto dwellers. The scam run by the Obamessiah (pbuh) involved "school improvement". Other scams commonly run include inner city recreation facilities and job training.

"Community organizers" are also commonly involved in diverting some or all the money made available by innocent suburban citizens through charitable donations intended to help the same ghetto dwellers.

National shysters, like The Reverends Jackson and Sharpton, take the same work far beyond the community level, and transform the five- and six- figure scams into seven figures, and become movers and shakers in the democrat party.

The bottom line result is that "community organizers" nearly always drive Escalades with 22" spinners or Mercedes sedans, and ghetto dwellers nearly always live out their lives and die in the ghetto.
