It's obvious. Joe Biden is adjusting his dementia-induced Sundown condition (inability to think and act coherently for certain periods of the day), which normally manifests in the evening ("Sundown"), so that he can be coherent from 9 to 11 pm for the debate. He's only going to do one debate, so they are going to try to make it a home run for Biden. Unfortunately for him, the first debate is Chris Wallace, who is the least -supportive moderator of the three debates, and won't be able to coordinate as much advantage as with the other two debate moderators (which he's most probably going to skip anyway). YES, Chris Wallace will still favor Biden and skewer Trump, but Biden is still at risk for degeneration into Sundown without outright and unambiguously biased support from Wallace.
